1. About Starping

Starping is an independent reseller of Starlink equipment with no official affiliation with Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) or the Starlink brand. By purchasing from this site you acknowledge this.

2. Paying with crypto

Due to international banking restrictions, cryptocurrency is the only accepted payment method. After you place an order, the exact amount and deposit address are shown. You must send exactly that amount on exactly the network shown; sending on the wrong network usually means permanent loss of funds, beyond our or anyone's control.

Crypto transfers are irreversible. After you submit the transaction hash, our team reviews the payment by hand; exact timing is not guaranteed.

3. Rejected or unconfirmed payments

If a transaction doesn't match the stated amount, address, or network, the payment may be rejected or need further review. We will contact you via your order email or support. Sending the correct amount, address, and network is the buyer's responsibility.

4. Shipping

Once payment is confirmed, your order is prepared for shipping. We ship worldwide, and the timeframes shown on the site are estimates; they vary with the destination country, shipping conditions, and customs clearance.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any clearance costs in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, Starlink service is not available or permitted in every country; checking that the service is available and legal at your location before placing an order is the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & refunds

Our commitment is that the equipment we ship is genuine and matches the product page description. If the item you receive does not match the description provided on the site, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. To start a return, contact us by support email with your order code.

Because payment is made in crypto, any approved refund is issued the same way — in crypto, to a wallet address you provide — not as a card or bank-account reversal.

6. Order information accuracy

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the name, shipping address, and contact details entered at checkout. Please review them before finalizing.
