StarPing is an independent reseller of Starlink equipment. We source and ship hardware worldwide, but we have no official, contractual, or organisational relationship with Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) or the Starlink brand. The Starlink name and images are used only to identify the type of equipment.
What we do
We source and ship Starlink equipment (terminal, router and accessories) to customers worldwide, along with installation guidance and support. Our commitment is that what we ship is genuine hardware matching the product page description; if it is not, it is returnable under our return policy. Payment is made only via cryptocurrency, with manual review by our team.
